Registration for Graduated Students 2023 winter

The Graduation Ceremony of Keleti Károly Faculty will be held on 24 February 2023 at 9:00 am at the Conference Room of Lurdy House („Lurdy Ház Konferenciaterem”).
Address: 1097 Budapest Könyves Kálmán krt. 12-14.
Please make sure to arrive min. 30 minutes before the start of the event wearing appropriate attire for the ceremony
Below you need to declare whether you would like to participate at the Graduation Ceremony of Keleti Károly Faculty on 24 February 2023.
Deadline of declaring participation: 5 February 2023, 12 pm (midnight)
Participating at the Ceremony is only possible with invitation card and wristband that are available to pick up on the week of the Graduation Ceremony (20-23 February 2023) at the Study Department. Pick up dates: Monday (20 February 2023) and Wednesday (22 February 2023) between 8 am-4 pm.
Given dates are also mandatory for administration of degree certificate.
Those who do not complete the required administration of degree certificate during the given dates, or not picking up the invitation card, are not allowed to participate at the Graduation Ceremony (even if they’re registered for the event).
Graduates who do not want to participate at the Ceremony can receive their degree certificates on 20 February and 22 February 2023 between 8 am-4 pm OR after the given dates, but only during the opening hours of Study Department.
In case of receiving the degree certificate during the administration, participation at the Graduation Ceremony is not possible.
All graduated students are allowed to bring 5 guests to the Ceremony.
Submitting the statement below you agree that photos and video recordings are allowed to be taken of you at the Graduation Ceremony. Photos and video recordings will be available online.
