Registration for Graduated Students 2023 summer

The Graduation Ceremony of Keleti Károly Faculty will be held on 14 July 2023 at 8:30 am at the Erkel Erkel Theatre(„Erkel Színház”).
Address: 1081 Budapest, II. János Pál pápa tér 30.
Please make sure to arrive min. 30 minutes before the start of the event wearing appropriate attire for the ceremony!
Below you need to declare whether you would like to participate at the Graduation Ceremony of Keleti Károly Faculty on 14 July 2023.
Deadline of declaring participation: 6 July 2023, 12 pm (midnight)
Participating at the Ceremony is only possible with invitation card that are available to pick up on the week of the Graduation Ceremony (10-13 July 2023) between 7 am-3 pm at the Study Department.
Given dates are also mandatory for administration of degree certificate.
Those who do not complete the required administration of degree certificate during the given dates, or not picking up the invitation card, are not allowed to participate at the Graduation Ceremony (even if they’re registered for the event).
Graduates who do not want to participate at the Ceremony can receive their degree certificates between 10-13 July 2023, 7 am-3 pm OR after the graduation ceremony during the given opening hours of Study Department. (Opening hours for summer period will varied.)
In case of receiving the degree certificate during the administration, participation at the Graduation Ceremony is not possible.
Submitting the statement below you agree that photos and video recordings are allowed to be taken of you at the Graduation Ceremony. Photos and video recordings will be available online.
